When you make your purchase, a link will appear in the Craft Master App. Click on this link to take the First Class Service Course exam. Once the test is passed successfully, you will receive a PhiAcademy Certificate and can use the logo.

Your Master will be able to unlock the First Class Service Course content for you in the Craft Master App.

The First Class Service Course is an online education which allows PhiAcademy members to learn about the importance of each step of a client’s treatment.

How does learning work?

The different lessons are available on the CraftMaster Application. You are free to allocate time to learn that fits around your life!

After studying all the lessons in the CraftMaster App, a link will become available where you can pay to unlock the First Class Service Course. How is the test structured?

Duration of the exam: 7 minutes Type of exam: Multiple choice Number of questions: 14

Number of possible exam attempts: 6 It is possible to resume attempts at any time.

The course is available in following languages:

English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese

When you successfully complete the exam, you will get a PhiAcademy Certificate.
